We are looking for a proactive professional to handle our financial operations with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare required financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system with all financial transactions.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist the Finance Manager with budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
