- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports

- Process payroll and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with monthly/quarterly closing procedures and audits
- Ensure compliance with federal accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and federal accounting regulations
- Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
