Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card audits.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and local Oakland business regulations.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to track budgets and generate reports.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
