Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions daily
- Process payroll for weekend-shift employees accurately
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and compliance
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Collaborate with senior accountants during handover procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
