Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliation tasks
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
