Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 3-5 client accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and compliance reporting
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for new clients
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audit processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Nevada CPA license preferred (not required)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
