Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports with precision
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
- Provide financial insights to leadership through clear reporting and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance standards
