Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements accurately.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain organized financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Perform variance analysis and assist in budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper (1+ years).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
