Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including journal entries and reconciliations.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and tax laws.Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and tax filings.Utilize accounting software to track expenses and budget performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Sage).Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
