- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Support tax preparation documentation as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail with error-free work ethic
- Ability to meet daily deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Tennessee CPA license preferred but not required
- Experience with multi-currency transactions beneficial
