Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll for 50+ employees using ADP QuickBooks Online
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Support external audit preparation and documentation requests
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables), and SAP
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with error prevention mindset
