Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with precision
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and vendor management systems
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and industry-specific standards
- Utilize advanced accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) for data processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with contract/temporary work history
