- Produce annual FutureState Briefings for C-suite executives with quantified impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical, climate, and technological disruptions
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, Causal Layered Analysis)
