- Author compelling foresight reports and executive briefings on disruptive market shifts
- Design and manage innovation pipelines with 5-year commercialization roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and government entities
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies and global megatrends analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level and stakeholder audiences
- Experience leading large-scale transformation projects ($50M+ budgets)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
