Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for C-suite audiences
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and quantitative trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP)
