Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through quantitative forecasting and qualitative trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business strategy
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with compelling data visualizations
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team while fostering innovation across departments
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for tracking strategic progress toward 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate foresight with demonstrable impact on long-term initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of translating complex technological and societal trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Causal Mapping software)
- Experience in high-growth tech or innovation-driven environments
