Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmaps for 2026 product launches integrating quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in agile innovation sprints
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech deployment
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive organizational transformation through innovation culture workshops
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling pitch decks and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year vision execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching products generating >$50M revenue or equivalent impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ transformative projects with measurable societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
