- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) for strategic integration
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Present innovation strategies to investors and board members
- Drive culture of experimentation through agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or corporate strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services that disrupted markets
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Experience managing global R&D teams and innovation portfolios
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder alignment
