Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead moonshot projects in carbon-negative tech and neuro-interfaces
- Forge strategic alliances with government labs and Fortune 500 R&D units
- Direct $5M+ annual innovation budget across 3 experimental divisions
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor 15+ researchers in exponential technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in exponential tech
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech paradigms
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects to commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning for post-2025 regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
