Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Secure $10M+ in funding through visionary proposals and investor relations
- Build and mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technologists
- Collaborate with global partners (NASA, MIT, World Economic Forum)
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and industry summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing future-tech innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and global policy
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for visionary ventures
- Portfolio of launched products impacting 1M+ users
