Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating post-2025 regulatory and technological transitions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Advolve on emerging standards in quantum security, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future narratives
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategy and systemic risk mitigation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or University of Oxford)
