Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026-2030 strategic vision across 5 innovation verticals
- Lead cross-functional task forces in biotechnology, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Anticipate disruptive shifts through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Design governance frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investor consortium
- Build and lead a 12-person futurist research team with global academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futurism or exponential tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or space economics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Security clearance eligibility for government-contract R&D projects
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and foresight frameworks
