Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantitative future scenario models using AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Design strategic frameworks for clients to navigate uncertainty and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Present executive briefings and future-state roadmaps to C-level stakeholders across global enterprises
- Curate and lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineers, designers, and business leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and quantitative future modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising on ESG and sustainability transitions for 2030 horizons
