Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futuristic strategy implementations
