Responsibilities
- Analyze technology convergence (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year horizon planning
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Identify and evaluate emerging ventures for potential acquisition/partnership
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, space commercialization)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Global perspective with understanding of geopolitical and cultural dynamics
