Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with future market demands
- Author white papers and predictive briefings for investor and board presentations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation labs
- Represent InnovateX at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism research
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy (e.g., HBR, MIT Sloan)
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools and quantitative modeling
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
