Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and quantify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive market forces through 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term organizational objectives
- Partner with product development teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning workshops for global stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven forecasting and risk modeling
- Champion organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies and future-proofing frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3.0) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, scenario planning)
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions through compelling data storytelling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (white papers, journals, keynotes)
- Experience scaling foresight frameworks across multinational organizations
