Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 5-10 year strategic pathways
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-critical initiatives
- Author forward-looking reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or tech forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI analytics platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging technology domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
