Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their 2026 implications across industries
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive modeling tools
- Lead high-impact workshops to align executive teams on future-state opportunities
- Author forward-looking thought leadership reports published in top-tier industry journals
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 innovation initiatives with $2M+ annual budgets
- Mentor junior futurists and drive adoption of foresight methodologies across the organization
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercially successful strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ executive-level strategy deliverables
- Published author in foresight or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., SAMI, Cognito, Delphi method)
