Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030+
- Develop future-proof strategic frameworks for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed anticipatory intelligence into organizational DNA
- Produce thought leadership reports and whitepapers on emerging tech implications
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 partners
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, systems thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools and trend analysis methodologies
