- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proof strategic initiatives
- Design and implement innovation pipelines integrating biotech, space tech, and neurotechnology
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders using immersive data visualization
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation products and services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5-year+ strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of global megatrends: demographic shifts, resource scarcity, and geopolitical evolution
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique, systems thinking)
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership on future scenarios
