- Produce annual 'State of 2026' intelligence reports for innovation boards
- Build predictive models for workforce transformation and talent acquisition in automation-driven economies

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systemic trend analysis
- Advanced certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
