Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Translate complex futures into actionable business roadmaps
- Advise executive teams on innovation portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions (3+ years ahead)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
