Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop integrated strategic frameworks for long-term business adaptation and innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate future scenarios into actionable 5-10 year roadmaps
- Conduct trend analysis across AI, climate tech, and space commercialization sectors
- Design foresight methodologies and workshops for cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Produce forward-looking reports and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-ready solutions and market entry strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
