As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll decode emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 partners.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams, translating future possibilities into actionable business strategies
- Author visionary white papers and trend reports published in industry-leading publications
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with market trajectories
- Advour on innovation portfolio allocation, balancing high-risk/high-reward opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, economics, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech/business publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
