Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 trend forecasts across technology, economics, and social domains
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact global disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Create executive dashboards tracking key future indicators
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Mentor junior analysts in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of published future-focused research
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, energy)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ long-term strategy implementations
