Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI ethics, climate adaptation, and spatial computing domains
- Develop 2026-2030 scenario roadmaps identifying inflection points and opportunity vectors
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to translate future visions into current strategic priorities
- Author quarterly 'Future Briefs' for C-suite and board-level decision making
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and policy think tanks shaping future frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future-critical domains
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
