- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence)

- Author visionary whitepapers and industry-shaping thought leadership
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future business models
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking long-term strategic initiatives
- Represent company at global futurist forums and trend conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies and sociotechnical systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Published author or keynote speaker on innovation/trends
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (STEEP, Delphi, SWOT)
- Experience scaling global strategy for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
