Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework for emerging technology verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through go-to-market strategies
- Present future-state roadmaps to investors and board members
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology trajectories
- Experience leading cross-geographic, multidisciplinary teams
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
