As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and cross-functional teams to translate futuristic insights into actionable business roadmaps. You'll lead high-impact initiatives that redefine industries while championing a culture of continuous innovation and ethical technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems and service innovation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging business models
- Present compelling future-state narratives to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to track innovation maturity and future-readiness across the organization
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists to build next-generation strategic capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with 50+ keynote presentations
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives with global impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD, CPSI)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
