- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready products and services
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation ROI and competitive positioning
- Cultivate an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
