Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof business models against disruptive trends
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Present strategic foresight insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry forums
- Mentor a team of 8+ specialists in emerging technologies and scenario planning
- Drive patent development and academic partnerships in AI ethics and climate tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to market adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, climate engineering
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on 2025-2030 technological convergence points
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Portfolio showcasing implemented future-scanning frameworks
