Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws (FLSA, FICA, AZ withholding)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and time-off accruals
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare quarterly/yearly tax filings and W-2 distributions
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Deep knowledge of AZ labor laws and payroll regulations
- Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP/PivotTable skills
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proven problem-solving with attention to detail
