Responsibilities
- Process multi-client payroll weekly using ADP Workforce Now and QuickBooks
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Handle employee payroll inquiries with exceptional client service
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Texas state regulations
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and audit purposes
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and QuickBooks Payroll
- CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in federal, state, and local tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table and VLOOKUP capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential payroll data with discretion
