Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and direct deposit implementations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Onboard new hires with accurate payroll setup
- Conduct quarterly and annual payroll audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with Kentucky state payroll regulations
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Ability to meet tight weekly deadlines
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
