Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Respond to payroll inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Florida payroll laws
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proven problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
