Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage complex multi-entity accounting systems and reconciliations
- Lead audit engagements and compliance documentation
- Develop cash flow forecasting models and budgetary controls
- Mentor junior accountants and process optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel modeling
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and KY tax regulations
- Proven audit management and financial reporting expertise
- Strong analytical and client communication skills
