Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of credit analysis or commercial lending experience
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and debt service coverage
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial documents and identify trends
- Professional certification (CFA, CRCM) preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
