- Stay current on industry regulations and credit policy updates

- Document credit decisions in accordance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of credit scoring models and risk assessment frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex financial statements and cash flows
- Professional certification (CFA, CRCM) preferred
- Tennessee residency required for state compliance
