Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance policies across all business units
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
- Train employees on compliance procedures and regulatory requirements
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with legal and audit teams to ensure alignment with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and Massachusetts state regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation abilities
